Well, September 26th 2009 was Luke and Caitlin's big day!!! It was held out at the Paddle Wheel in Vernon, BC. It is right on Okanagan Lake and just a beautiful location. They held their ceremony outdoors on the deck. There were chairs set up all across the deck, the guys had to use tape to hold the programs down due to the wind and then they tucked the bubbles under the programs. We set up the music just behind the chairs on one side of the deck. Everything was beautiful for when the bride came down the isle. She was very beautiful and Luke couldn't wait! Everything went off without a hitch!! The cocktails and dinner went well and the toasts were wonderful! Everyone was excited about the dance and they got the party started and continued so that a good time was had by all. Memorable moments were of course, the bouquet toss, there was no garter toss as the bride forgot to wear one (sorry guys), the cake cutting, first dance, a wonderful slideshow presentation and then the dance. Caitin's grandmother was having a wonderful time dancing and was out on the dance floor more than any one person all night. She was so cute. Peter had a few of the guys line up for a special presentation of the Village People for the YMCA!! Then they moved into the Conga!!! It was a great party!
