Christmas Parties

We are now taking bookings for Christmas Parties!!  Whether it be a Corporate Party or private party, book soon so that you are not left hanging!! We offer a variety of different rate packages to suit your needs and wants. We will add extras as well!

We are doing a party for Holiday Park Resort in mid December!! These people know how to have a good time and love putting Peter to work to see what he can come up with next. There will be games played, dances learned and many prizes awarded!!! Check back then to find out how it went and what kinds of pranks were pulled this year!!! 

Luke and Caitlin's Wedding

 Well, September 26th 2009 was Luke and Caitlin's big day!!! It was held out at the Paddle Wheel in Vernon, BC. It is right on Okanagan Lake and just a beautiful location. They held their ceremony outdoors on the deck. There were chairs set up all across the deck, the guys had to use tape to hold the programs down due to the wind and then they tucked the bubbles under the programs. We set up the music just behind the chairs on one side of the deck. Everything was beautiful for when the bride came down the isle. She was very beautiful and Luke couldn't wait!  Everything went off without a hitch!!  The cocktails and dinner went well and the toasts were wonderful! Everyone was excited about the dance and they got the party started and continued so that a good time was had by all. Memorable moments were of course, the bouquet toss, there was no garter toss as the bride forgot to wear one (sorry guys), the cake cutting, first dance, a wonderful slideshow presentation and then the dance. Caitin's grandmother was having a wonderful time dancing and was out on the dance floor more than any one person all night. She was so cute. Peter had a few of the guys line up for a special presentation of the Village People for the YMCA!! Then they moved into the Conga!!! It was a great party! Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!!

Ciani and Randall's Wedding

Well, Ciani and Randall's Wedding went off without a hitch!!!! A great time was had by all and the couple was very happy with the music and announcements from our DJ. The Bride was beautiful and the Groom was handsome! The parents finally got a chance to relax and they had relatives from Jamaica, England and all over come to join in on their special day. We were happy to play requests and even managed to play a few second "first dances" for older couples that attended and wanted to relive their special moment! We will post Ciani and Randall's testimonial as soon as we get it for all to see.

Ciani and Randall's Wedding

We are doing Ciani and Randall's Wedding tonight!!! It is a Jamaican theme and will be very interesting and exciting!!! I will post and let you know how it went. So far, they had three gentlemen sing "From This Moment" by Shania Twain and it was enough to leave goosebumps!!!  They did an awesome job. The food was wonderful and the speeches were tearful but happy. Now the party starts!!!!

Tenfashions Bridal Boutique is one of Kelowna's bridal shops in the downtown area. The girls there are excellent and very calming to the newly engaged woman and her escorts. They take individual time with you while you are there and will go that extra mile to make sure that you are satified with what you are picking out. If they don't have what you are looking for, they work very hard to try and find it. This is where I am getting my wedding dress and accessories from and they do provide payment plans, fittings, etc....I would recommend them to anyone!!     http://www.tenfashions.com/

For accommodations in and around the Kelowna area, I do recommend Holiday Park Resort. They are an RV Park/Timeshare Resort. They have fully serviced RV spots for rent on a nightly basis during the high season (April 1st to Oct. 31st) and monthly and nightly on the off season. They also rent out the condo's based on availability at very reasonable prices. You can get anything from a Studio unit which sleeps two people, to a one bedroom which sleeps 4 people and is like a one bedroom apt., they also have two and three bedroom units that sleep up to 6-8 people. There is one outdoor family pool with and enclosed hot tub, and indoor pool with hot tub, sauna and gym, two adult only pool areas, one has an outdoor hot tub and a conversation pool and the other is a lap pool. All pools are heated. The outdoor hot tub and the indoor pool and hot tub are open year round and the others are seasonal.
